To ensure clients receive the most appropriate form of training for their needs, Ridley Fleming believe in working with clients to develop the final content of training programmes, customising the exercises and role-plays to accurately reflect the real life work situation of the delegates.

This approach not only speeds up skill transfer but helps the most cynical participants appreciate the relevance of the new skills they are learning.

Ridley Fleming programmes are designed to provide clients with access to a cohesive and extensive range of learning in an interactive and educational manner. Courses are run as a series of ½ day, 1 day and 2 day events and are combined with pre course work and follow up coaching to ensure delegates maximise the learning opportunities.

Delegates can build up their skills in small manageable stages, having sufficient time to practice and gain confidence using skills in live situations. Most importantly, delegates are able to select modules according to their existing level of knowledge and skill; ensuring a positive return on the investment made.
